• The original documents to be legalized that is required for legalization
• A copy of all documents to be legalized
• Certificate of Origin (CO) box 3: EC is not sufficient. It must state the real name of the country.
• Certificate of Origin (CO) box 4: enter the mode of transport (e.g. by ship)
• Certificate of Origin (CO) box 5: The invoice must include a non-Israeli statement and a boat statement if the goods are transported by boat. However, the State Department does not sign any documents containing these statements. If you are expecting export documents for Syria, please contact us. For other documents, it should be clear that it is intended for Syria. For example, if you have an extract from the Chamber of Commerce that does not contain a reference to Syria, send a letter with the address and contact person in Syria.
