e-Visa business – we apply for the visa on your behalf

We apply for the India e-Visa for you. Our fee €50 excl. VAT. Official Indian government fees are extra (USD + 3% bank charge).

How it works

  1. Open the application form (link at the top).
  2. Fill in the details. Scan of the passport bio page; the physical passport stays with you.
  3. We start from 60 days before arrival. Allow about one week.
  4. After filing with India you hear back. Print the e-Visa if it is granted. We do not promise approval.

  • Scan of the passport bio page (PDF or a sharp photo).
  • The physical passport stays with you.
  • Recent colour passport photo, light background, face forward.
  • Business card; invitation from the Indian party if you have one.

With an e-Visa you enter India only through the border points India has designated for it. With a visa sticker in the passport you may use all border crossings.

A visa sticker in the passport you arrange yourself, in person, by appointment. VisumService does not do that now.
