Dutch passport: ESTA or a visa
Short tourism or business up to 90 days: ESTA. That is not a visa sticker. Longer, no ESTA, or another purpose: a visa. Nonimmigrant interview in Amsterdam. The Hague does not issue visas. Immigrant, fiancé(e) (K) and DV: Frankfurt (since May 2024). The interview belongs in the country where you live or hold nationality. The visa fee is not refunded and not transferred. Another EU consulate is not a faster route. You go to the consulate yourself; we do not book the appointment for you. Diversity Visa issuance is paused. That is not a pause of all visa appointments.
B2 is the tourist visa when ESTA does not apply: longer than 90 days, or no ESTA. That is a visa, not ESTA. The interview is in Amsterdam. You go yourself; we do not book the appointment.
