Dutch passport: a visa is required
With an ordinary Dutch passport you need a visa for Egypt. There is no visa exemption.

Official tourism visa fees: single entry 30$, multiple entries 65$.
The portal (Home) says you must create the application at least 7 days before departure.
On arrival: bring the printout. Passport still valid at least 6 months from arrival, and at least 1 blank page. For tourism also itinerary and hotel details.
