Legalization Taiwan

You need two additional documents for legalization:

1. The order form

• Klik her to open, complete, print, and sign.
• The original documents to be legalized that is required for legalization
• A copy of all documents to be legalized

2. The consulate’s application form

• Click here To open, to be completed digitally, and sign.
• Filling in with a pen is not permitted by the consulate. It must be done digitally.
• Please note that you have to sign twice for the ‘signature of the applicant’ at question 8.
• With the ‘signature of the agent,’ we have to sign later (after receipt) ourselves.
• The application form must be completed digitally and not with a pen. The signatures must be in pen!
• The signatures and (and also the application form!) It May only be signed with the colors black or dark blue. The consulate does not accept other colors!
• The signatures must be original. A scan or copy is not allowed.

3. A copy of the applicant’s passport

If the legalization is for business purposes, it is important to pay attention to the following points and additional documents:

• You also need: an English-language extract from the Dutch Chamber of Commerce
• Your name must be stated on the extract from the Chamber of Commerce
• If you are more than 1 owner/shareholder of your company, you must both sign at question 8 (signature of applicant).
• Maximum of 2 signatures if you have more than 2 owners / shareholders.
• A copy of the passports of the person signing
