LebanonAn additional statement from your Dutch company
- The statement must state the net and gross weight exactly as stated on the Chamber of Commerce, the expiry date and the production date.
- The statement must be printed on your company’s letterhead and signed by the director or board member registered with the Chamber of Commerce.
- The English-language statement must have the following text:
“We prove that this invoice is authentic, that it is the only issue by us for the goods described thereof that shows their exact value without any derivation. We also declare that the goods’ origin is exclusively from ………… .. we declare that relative goods will never be shipped on Israelis resources or discussed on Israelis ports. Goods are for sale free in The Netherlands. ” - If you are making a bilingual statement: You must sign the bilingual statements (for example, in Arabic and English). So a signature for every language!
- You must type the document completely. Nothing should be written by hand (with a pen).
- The statement must be signed in pen, using dark blue or black ink only. Other ink colours are not accepted.
