The consulate of Sri Lanka is in the Netherlands.
The processing time at the embassy in The Hague is 2 to 4 working days.
We also take care of the other authorities’ preparation process; extra processing days are added to that procedure for legalization with the other authorities.
The Sri Lanka Consulate will only accept the Ministry of Foreign Affairs’ signature before the legalization procedure.
This means that all documents must be legalized in advance by the Dutch Ministry of Foreign Affairs before entering Sri Lanka’s consulate.

How it works
