With an ordinary Dutch passport you need a visa for Egypt. There is no visa exemption.

Short tourism: e-visa (printout), visa on arrival (up to 30 days), or a free Sinai stamp if the conditions apply.
Tourism e-visa: single entry 30$, multiple entries 65$. Those are the official visa fees. The Netherlands is on the list.
Visa on arrival: on arrival, up to 30 days. Official visa fees: not seen as a fixed amount.
Sinai 15 days: a free visa stamp only if you enter via Sharm-El-Sheikh airport and stay at a resort in Sharm, Dahab, Nuweiba or Taba. Otherwise a paid visa. Cash only at that airport.
Passport still valid at least 6 months on arrival, and at least 1 blank page. Children also need a passport and a visa.
