Thailand Non-O marriage visa

Thailand Non-O marriage visa – we apply for the visa on your behalf

The Non-O multiple-entry visa is no longer issued. Thailand no longer issues the Non-O multiple-entry visa (1 year, 90 days per stay). You can still apply with us for the Non-O single-entry visa of 90 days.

We apply for the Non-Immigrant O visa (married to a Thai national, single entry 90 days) for you. You complete our form; we file for you at the Royal Thai Embassy in The Hague.

  • Single entry 90 days only. Multiple entry (1 year, 90 days per stay) is no longer issued.
  • This route is for those married to a Thai national. Aged 50+ without that marriage: see the regular Non-O visa.
  • We file all e-visas for you. You usually do not need to appear in person with your passport.
  • TDAC is required from 1 May 2025 and is not a visa.

How it works

  1. You complete the online form and upload the scans.
  2. We check and email whether it is correct, or what must be changed.
  3. We file the application through the official e-visa of the Royal Thai Embassy in The Hague. You usually do not need to drop off your passport in person.
  4. Once approved, the e-visa is sent by e-mail; print it for travel.

The embassy expects 5 to 10 working days for most complete applications. Apply at least 1 month before travel, and not more than 2 months ahead.

The full document requirements are in the form, at the upload.

  • Upload a scan of the biodata page in the form.
  • For e-visa the passport is usually not needed physically at the embassy.
  • A recent colour photo (taken within the last 6 months).
  • Which papers about the marriage and the Thai spouse are required is shown in the form.
  • The Non-O multiple-entry visa (1 year, 90 days per stay) is no longer issued. There is no start button for that variant.

Are you self-employed or a business owner? Then an English-language Chamber of Commerce (KvK) extract is also required. Upload it as a PDF; the upload field appears in the form as soon as you select self-employed / business owner under ‘Your occupation’.

  • Required from 1 May 2025, not a visa. You register this yourself; we can arrange it for you as a paid option. Do this at least 72 hours before arrival.
