Embassy visa fees as published by the Royal Thai Embassy in The Hague (in effect since 15 July 2024). Service fees and the total are shown in the form.
How it works
You complete the online form and upload the scans.
We check and email whether it is correct, or what must be changed.
We file the application through the official e-visa of the Royal Thai Embassy in The Hague. You usually do not need to drop off your passport in person.
Once approved, the e-visa is sent by e-mail; print it for travel.
The embassy expects 5 to 10 working days for most complete applications. Apply at least 1 month before travel, and not more than 2 months ahead.
Which documents do you need? (open/close per document)
Are you self-employed or a business owner? Then an English-language Chamber of Commerce (KvK) extract is also required. Upload it as a PDF; the upload field appears in the form as soon as you select self-employed / business owner under ‘Your occupation’.
Required from 1 May 2025, not a visa. You register this yourself; we can arrange it for you as a paid option. Do this at least 72 hours before arrival.
