This form is for a short stay (tourist, business, family, study, medical or other). Whether you need a visa depends on your nationality. A Dutch residence permit does not automatically lift that requirement. Ireland is not in Schengen: a Schengen C visa is not valid for Ireland. We check your nationality and residence.
