Dit is het opdrachtformulier van VisumService voor een sticker-visum (visum in het paspoort). U vult dit formulier online in, print het uit, ondertekent het en stuurt alle documenten op. VisumService dient de aanvraag in bij het consulaat. U vraagt het visum niet zelf aan.

This is the VisumService order form for a sticker visa (visa in the passport). Fill it in online, print it, sign it and post all documents. VisumService files at the consulate. You do not apply yourself.

Privévisum: ongeveer 1–2 weken. / Private visa: about 1–2 weeks.
Cruise = toeristenvisum, uitsluitend double entry. / Cruise = tourist visa, exclusively double entry.
