The documents that are required for your visa
Conditions for this e-visa – multiple entries for one year, with a maximum stay of 90 days per year
The Visit – one-time access is only granted under the following conditions.
Visa fees: 160 Euro. The amount includes a special covid 19 insurance from Saudi Arabia.
Refund in case of rejection:
- Should your visa be rejected by the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, we will not be able to refund your amount paid.
Payment:
- The visa is issued via the internet within 10 working days. Please note, it can sometimes take longer.
- Never apply for your visa later than 20 working days before departure and no earlier than 30 days before arrival.
- The visa is paid online.
Validity conditions:
- Validity is multiple entries for one year, with a maximum stay of 90 days per year
- You may return to Saudi Arabia with the visa within its validity every 90 days.
- You are not allowed to do business, work or any other reason for visiting, except for a holiday, with this visa.
The woman
- Female applicants travelling alone and female applicants under the age of 40 are not required to provide proof of authorization for this visa. The Saudi Ministry of Foreign Affairs normally issues this.
Required document: you must enclose the following documents with your application:
- Photocopy of the photo page of the applicant’s current valid passport.
- A Dutch passport photo with a white background. Looking straight into the camera, don’t smile and don’t show teeth.
Conditions for optional documents: if you wish, you can enclose the following documents with your application as soon as we ask you for them afterwards:
- A copy of hotel booking in Saudi Arabia.
- A copy of your flight – Saudi Arabia in and out
Important notice for visitors travelling to Saudi Arabia on a tourism visa.
- Saudi will reopen to vaccinated international visitors from 1 August 2021.
- All visitors arriving in the country with a valid tourism visa must provide evidence of a full course of one of the four vaccines currently recognized: two doses of the Oxford/Astra Zeneca, Pfizer/BioNTech or Moderna vaccines or a single dose of the vaccine produced by Johnson and Johnson.
- Guests who have completed two doses of the Sinopharm or Sinovac vaccines will be accepted if they have received an additional dose of one of the four vaccines approved in the Kingdom.
- Saudi Arabia has opened a web portal at https://muqeem.sa/#/vaccine-registration/home for visitors to register their vaccination status. The site is available in Arabic and English.
- Travellers arriving in Saudi Arabia must also provide a negative RT-PCR test taken no more than 72 hours before departure and an approved paper vaccination certificate, certified by the official health authorities in the issuing country.
- There is no quarantine requirement for vaccinated travellers to Saudi.
- All travellers entering on a previously issued tourism visa will be required to pay an additional fee of SAR 40 at the airport of their arrival to cover insurance for any COVID-19 related medical expenses.
- Travellers are advised to check the current entry requirements with their chosen airline before they purchase a ticket.
