For Belarus (Wit-Rusland): max. 30 days per entry, max. 90 days per calendar year, unlimited entries until that date. Via all international road, rail and airport crossings. Transit to third countries is allowed, not to Russia. A visa is still required for work, study or a residence permit.
Ordinary Dutch passport: no tourist visa through 31 December 2026 (30 days per entry / 90 days per year, all international borders). Transit not to Russia.
