The processing of the visa at the consulate takes approximately 5 working days from the moment of acceptance.
Please note that Dutch and Japanese national holidays do not count as working days.
The documents that are required for your visa
You currently need a temporary business visa for Japan.
These are the necessary documents to apply for a visa:

3. Your passport. Your passport must be valid for 6 months after the validity of the visa.
4. A colour passport photo. This photo must have been taken in accordance with the Dutch standard for a passport, driving license or ID card. Looking straight into the camera, don’t smile, don’t show teeth.
5. Your customer in Japan needs to register with ERFS. That is a system (during corona) that foreigners who come to Japan for business must be registered. They must enclose proof of this and this proof must be present with the visa application.
