How it works

You complete the China application form and supply the required documents.
The embassy assesses the file first.
Only after approval do we file at the consulate.
After acceptance you receive the invoice; after payment we send or hold the visa.

Processing time

Embassy: 3 working days or 1.5 weeks. Nobody influences that period.
Consulate: next working day for express, or 4 working days for the normal procedure.
Express or normal on the form does not speed up the embassy.
Chinese and Dutch public holidays are not working days.

Invitation from the school or club in China for the language course or kung fu course.

Copy of the Chinese school licence

Copy of the licence (营业执照) of the Chinese school or club.

Flight booking confirmation

Round-trip booking confirmation; name visible.

Proof of financial means

Proof of financial means for the trip, as required on the existing type page.
