For business visa applications we generally use a different rate. How does VisumService.nl work?1. At the time that we receive your documents, on working days before 10.00 am (Russia before 09.30 am), we will check them and we will go directly to the consulate in The Hague to present your application. For other cities, we have to plan a trip and we need 1 or 2 business days extra; for applications in Brussels, we need 3 to 5 extra business days. Once it has been handled by the consulate and collected by us, we will send it back to you again.2. As soon as your application has been accepted by the consulate, we will send you the invoice via e-mail. The e-mail will contain all information about the procedure, the readiness of the visa at the consulate and the invoice as an attachment. We will only send an invoice after the consulate has checked and accepted your visa application.3. On the day the visa is ready at the consulate we will collect the visa.
