Dutch passport: no visa needed until 31 December 2026

For Belarus (Wit-Rusland): max. 30 days per entry, max. 90 days per calendar year, unlimited entries until that date. Via all international road, rail and airport crossings. Transit to third countries is allowed, not to Russia. A visa is still required for work, study or a residence permit.

Belarus and Wit-Rusland are the same country. An ordinary Dutch passport needs no visa through 31 December 2026. This is not limited to Minsk Airport.
