You have a visa exemption for tourism for up to 30 days, but you must meet the following conditions;

1. You must register up to 5 days before departure on the online platform www.ease.gov.cv with the following information:

• Passport information
• flight number and date of arrival
• residence in Cape Verde
• Date of departure

2. Upon registration, you must pay an Airport Security Fee (TSA) in the amount of CVE 3,400 $ 00 (€ 30.85).

• Upon arrival in Cape Verde, you must show proof of registration.
• If you cannot show the proof of registration upon arrival, you will still need to register and pay the levy.
• Children up to the age of 2 are exempt from registration.
• Children up to the age of 12 are exempt from the visa fee.

**If you wish to stay in Cape Verde longer than the permitted duration of 30 days, you must contact the local police (DEF) for an extension.
