Take a <strong>double-entry visa sticker<\/strong>, not an e-visa. (No tourist multiple-entry visa.)<\/li><li>With double entry: after the second entry you may <strong>not<\/strong> return to Kaliningrad again on the same visa. Then an e-visa can work.<\/li><\/ul><p>For sticker visas see destination <a href=\"\/en\/visa-russia\/\">Russia<\/a>.<\/p><h3>How the e-visa works<\/h3><ul><li>Valid for up to 120 days from the date of issuance.<\/li><li>Stay max 30 days from the day of entry.<\/li><li>You must leave no later than within those 120 days from issuance.<\/li><li>Apply at least 4 calendar days before entry (the day of submission does not count).<\/li><li><strong>Entry and exit only via approved checkpoints<\/strong> (official list). Not every border is allowed.<\/li><li>Inside Russia you may in principle go anywhere, <strong>except<\/strong> restricted areas (some border zones \/ parts of the Far East and North). Those often need a <strong>visa sticker<\/strong> and a <strong>separate special permit<\/strong>.<\/li><li>We do <strong>not<\/strong> arrange that special permit, and the <strong>consulate does not<\/strong> either. It goes through another channel (not VisumService, not the consulate). We only help with the visa.<\/li><li>For such a restricted area with a <strong>visa sticker<\/strong>: the consulate procedure can take <strong>longer<\/strong>. The consulate checks the applicant\u2019s background. They do <strong>not<\/strong> look at the special permit \u2014 that stays outside VisumService and outside the consulate.<\/li><li>Single entry only.
